Sefshin official grading featured in the international martial arts magazine - 2012

Sefshin under the supervision of Grandmaster Mehdi Zand has become an ever growing martial arts system. One of the largest martial arts publications in the world, Martial Arts Times magazine has dedicated two full pages articles on the first official grading that took place in September 2011.

The back cover also contains pictures of the Sefshin grading.
The magazine article explains the beauty and practicality of this martial art system and also praises the students for their potential and capabilities. Basic techniques, classical Kumite, kata were performed as well as a brief demonstration of the cobra-like movements by one of the senior students of the federation. It is interesting to note these cobra and other advanced techniques have been taken from the philosophy of his book, The Exordium.
